- james collier Review added: 2018.05.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely terrible company! Managed the block off flats I lived in. Very quick to pursue you when you were late on payment of the service charge. Yet the service that we received was mediocre. They had Cowboy builders in to complete renovation work that has since had to be redone due to incompetent work. Trying to get in touch with block is an absolute joke passed from pillar to post terrible trouble when trying to sell my flat and obtaining the management pack it I was charged £250 for this privilege! .
