We were seated on a cosy table for 2 straight away even though they were very busy with afternoon tea reservations. We opted for the cream tea; sandwich, scone with clotted cream and jam, and a choice of drink... We opted for a pot of tea.
The sandwiches were freshly made with our choice of fillings served with some salad and crisps. The scones were absolutely delicious!
We've had afternoon tea here before as well and it was fantastic.
