This turned out to be a common accident where motor bike rider's simply don't take any care or look in front even. Tim was very helpful and looked - in detail at my legal position in this matter given I was intending to recover my costs through the legal system.

With Tim's advice and guidance I have independently claimed against an insurance company with a successful outcome. Without Tim's expert knowledge this positive result would not have been possible, the case was very unusual and all other insurance / HPI / trade consultants could offer no advice (only how unfortunate a situation!!).
I would certainly recommend Tim as an expert in the motor claim field.
